Brigantine’s Tiki Taco Set to Re-Open for the 2024 Summer Season
Another sign that summer is coming is many of the seasonal restaurants that closed for the winter are getting set to open this week, including one of my favorite spots in Brigantine.
Tiki Taco, located at 3312 West Brigantine Ave in Brigantine, will be having a soft opening for the season on Friday, April 26.
Tiki Taco opened in 2021 as a fast-casual Mexican concept in Brigantine form the people who bring you Tailgaters sports bar in Galloway Township.
They have many of your favorite menu items but have some new offerings this year owner Ari Frangias tells me.
"We are offering our same menu BUT we added a few new things," Frangias told me in a text message. "We are now offering Artisan Pizza! Tailgaters pizza is now at Tiki!"
Tiki Taco is known for their outstanding tacos, burritos, quesadillas, rice bowls and salads.
Its set up where you pick your meal, and have someone assemble it for you. They have a ton of options like steak, short rib, ground beef, chorizo, pork carnitas, grilled chicken, fish, shrimp or vegetable for your tacos of burritos.
"We gave the interior a refresh with new décor and a few upgrades," Frangias explained. "Really excited for this season"!
He adds the Door Dash will be coming soon.
For fans of Tiki Taco, be ready to see some familiar faces when you walk in this season.
"We have all of our staff returning with additional new team members," Frangias said. "I can't wait! Wednesday we opened the doors quietly to get training and prepping done. Tomorrow is officially day one. Today we're open too and testing out a few things. All in all it's just, what I whole heartedly believe, a better Tiki Taco."
