CAL Champ, Ocean City standout Devon Grisbaum Voted High School Athlete of the Week

Ocean City cross country standout Devon Grisbaum was voted the 97.3 ESPN FM High School Athlete of the Week, days after claiming her first Cape-Atlantic League title. She took top honors at the CAL cross country championships, held Wednesday in Millville.

Grisbaum completed the course in 18 minutes, 39 seconds to help lead Ocean City to yet another league title. She received 67 percent of the total vote in the latest edition of our weekly poll.

CAL boys cross country champion Lou Corgliano finished second in the vote. The Hammonton runner collected 31 percent.

CAL singles tennis champ Katelyn Garthaus (Egg Harbor Township) rounded out the list, along with football standouts C.J. LaFragola (St. Joe) and Ryquell Armstead (Millville).
