VOORHEES — Last week when talking to reporters, Flyers center Danny Briere kept his left arm firmly against his side. When his nose itched, he used his right hand. Although there was a tentative end to the lockout, Briere still couldn’t see a team doctor. He said the doctors in Germany, where he suffered a wrist injury in December, told him it was a sprain.
