The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Washington Commanders 26-18 Thursday Night at the Link.  For the second straight week, the Eagles offense got off to a slow start but with a balanced offensive attack, they finished the game with 228 yards rushing and 221 passing.

The Eagles scored 20 points in the fourth quarter to win their sixth game in a row.  The Eagles' defense was sensational holding the Commanders to 264 total yards and they have allowed only 11 Points Per Game Against over the six game winning streak.  We will review the game this weekend in The Locker Room with Billy Schweim

The Philadelphia Flyers won their second game in a row and scored five times in Ottawa.  The Flyers were down 4-2 in the third but rallied late to tie it up and in overtime Matvei Michkov won it with his sixth goal of the season.  The Flyers have played four straight games that have gone to overtime and won three of those games.  Next they host the Sabers Saturday Night at the Wells Fargo center.

Finally, sports fans on Friday night will be watching "Iron Mike" Tyson return to the ring at 58 years old to fight 28-year-old Pop Culture Star Jake Paul at AT&T Stadium and streaming on Netflix.  Tyson use to be one of the must-watch athletes on the planet and in 2024 the whole world seems to want him to Knockout the Gen Z Phenom Jake Paul.

On Saturday’s show, Producer Nick Earnshaw and former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Dave Klemic join me in the studio.  We will break down the Eagles' victory.  Larry Goldberg from Boxing Insider Promotions will check in to talk about Friday night's Tyson/Paul fight and promote Saturday night's stacked fight card featuring local boxers at the Tropicana Showroom in Atlantic City.
