The Eagles have confirmed they have completed their interview today with Chiefs offensive coordinator Doug Pederson in Kansas City.

"Let's not criticize the decision to interview Doug Pederson," ESPN NFL Insider Adam Caplan said on the Sports Bash. "When you talk to people around the league about Doug Pederson, he just has that look that he's going to be a head coach someday. You like the way he manages people."

The Eagles are looking for someone who can mange people, something that contributed to Chip Kelly being released.  Being a part of the Andy Reid coaching tree gives Pederson a legitimate chance to be the Eagles next head coach.
