Eagles vs Patriots on 97.3 ESPN

The Eagles and the Patriots will face-off in week two of the NFL preseason and you can listen to all the action with Merrill Reese and Mike Quick on 97.3 ESPN.

The two teams have held joint practices all week long, here are some of the news and notes from the week:

After sitting out of Thursday's practice, Jeremy Maclin is considered "unlikely" to play in the Eagles' second preseason game on Friday.

In other injury news: Also sidelined Thursday were cornerbacks Jaylen Watkins (hamstring) and Nolan Carroll (hamstring), linebacker Jake Knott (hamstring) and wide receiver Jeff Maehl (foot).  There status for Friday is unknown.
