On Wednesday, the Philadelphia Eagles released their first Injury Report ahead of their matchup with the Cleveland Browns and the report featured two starters who were Limited participants at practice:

While it's not surprising to see an older veteran player like Jason Peters getting "Rest" at practice, this is the second straight week that 29 Years Old Fletcher Cox is getting the "Rest" label at practice.  Cox is having am average season statistically, but his production has been down the last couple years.
