Chili Knockout & Spicy Food Festival

Chili Knock out is a food festival devoted to exploring all things flavor! It's an opportunity for culinary discovery. It's an interactive "you be the judge."

Some Special Features:

• "So You Think You Know HOT Sauce." 8 contestants will be tested on their ability to distinguish ingredients and ultimately the hot sauce associated with this battle of the taste buds. 1st price will receive $100 in cold hard cash.
• The Fight Back Home will get the festivities pumping with songs from the '80s, '90s, 2000s, today's current radio hits, and even some oldies mixed in.
• "Can You Handle The Heat." 7 brave contestants will be invited to the Chili Knock-Out and Spicy Food Fest stage to test their resolve, chomping down on some of the hottest peppers known to man!  The survivor receives a $100 cash prize and bragging rights, everyone else gets a spicy snack!
• Straight out of New York City Conjunto Imagen will get your body moving with an arsenal of Spanish tunes to keep an afternoon of hot grub a little spicier!
