Another week of Flyers hockey is in the books. The Flyers have followed up their five-game winning streak with losses in three of four games, most recently falling to the Carolina Hurricanes.

On this week's episode of Flyers Talk with 97.3 ESPN Flyers Insider Kevin Durso, Brianna Barretta and Kevin sit down to discuss various topics in the world of the Flyers. What were the differences between the Flyers win over the Islanders on Saturday and the loss to the Hurricanes on Tuesday?

At the quarter-mark of the season, and past the traditional playoff marker of the Thanksgiving holiday, the Flyers hold a playoff spot. Is this something that can carry through the season and what would the Flyers need to do to secure a playoff spot as soon as this season?

Some injury news on both ends has started to pop up. Rasmus Ristolainen is back in the lineup, creating a crowded blue line for the Orange and Black. Meanwhile, Noah Cates will be out for six-to-eight weeks with a lower-body injury. What does this do for the Flyers lineup picture?

A small handful of trades have taken place in the last few weeks of the NHL season. Is it possible the Flyers could look to get in on the action? What would deals look like at this stage of the season.

Finally, the Flyers are about to take on the New Jersey Devils in their next game on Thursday night. This serves as a Stadium Series preview of sorts for the two teams that will meet outdoors in Feburary. What can we expect from this matchup?
