Former Eagles QB Vince Young knocked out by suckerpunch during bar fight in Houston
Former Eagles quarterback Vince Young once coined the phrase "Dream Team", but he ended up on dream street, after being knocked out cold during a fight that broke out in bar called Tokyo Joe’s Shot Bar in Houston.
The incident occurred around 9 p.m. back on Feb. 4.
According to the report, no arrests were made and the owner of the bar did not press charges.
But in the video that was obtained from TMZ, you can see Young clearly get sucker punched, square in the face, resulting in him landing on the floor.
In the video below, Young is the man wearing the white hat, black shirt and shorts.
Who is Vince Young?
Young was a college football star, who led the Texas Longhorns to a National Championship in 2005.
He was the No. 3 overall pick in the NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans, going 30-17 during his five seasons and was the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2006, making the Pro Bowl twice.
He signed with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011 to be the teams backup, and after a bunch of other free agent moves, Young said this is like a "Dream Team", but the team went just 8-8 that season.
During Young one season in Philadelphia, he went 1-2 throwing for 866 yards with four touchdowns and nine interceptions. Overall he played in six games, starting three for the Eagles.
It would be the last team he played for in the NFL.
