Inside the Birds: Carson Clutch, Again

For the second straight week, Carson Wentz led a comeback win against an NFC East opponent.

Wentz's 4-yard touchdown pass off his back foot to Greg Ward in the left corner of the end zone with just 26 seconds left in the game put the Eagles up by four and paved the way for a 37-27 win at FedEx Field, the team's second straight comeback win in six days. Last Monday, Wentz led a fourth-quarter drive against the Giants to tie the game before tossing an overtime touchdown to win.

The win positioned the Eagles (7-7) to take the NFC East if they can beat the Dallas Cowboys (7-7) at the Linc on Sunday afternoon in a battle for the division title.
