Speaking of Bell, Eagles GM Howie Roseman revealed that the team had interest in the tackle even before Jason Peters' ruptured Achilles.

"Every day, I go over our draft board and our free-agent board," said Roseman. "For us, at the top of our free-agent board, is Bell. This is before we know anything about the injury."
