Egg Harbor City, N.J. — Three people are facing charges, including drug distribution, weapons offenses, child endangerment, and trafficking in personal identifying information, following a narcotics investigation in Egg Harbor City last week.

The warrant was executed on Friday, September 11th, on the 200 block of Philadelphia Avenue.

A 37-year-old man was remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility. Two women, ages 26 and 47, were released on summonses.

Charges

The 37-year-old man faces a long list of charges: possession of a weapon during a CDS offense, endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of possession with intent to distribute, money laundering, trafficking in personal identifying information, two counts of CDS possession, five counts of credit card-related crimes, misuse of a benefit card, unlawful possession of a weapon, tampering with physical evidence, certain persons not to possess a weapon, cruelty and neglect of a child, and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.

The 26-year-old woman faces an identical list with the exception of the tampering and certain persons charges.

The 47-year-old woman was charged with CDS possession and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.

Multiple Law Enforcement Agencies Involved

Eight agencies assisted in the operation, including the Atlantic County SWAT Team, the Hammonton, Brigantine, Egg Harbor Township, Little Egg Harbor, Stafford Township, and Pleasantville Police Departments, and New Jersey State Police.

The public is reminded that charges are accusations and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
