Jillian Mele Joins Mike Gill to Discuss Philly Sports

Good to catch up today with Breakfast on Broad host Jillian Mele.

Mele was live in Avalon as the show broadcast live from the Fishing Pier Grille as part of the new shows Breakfast on Broad at the Beach.

"We're going to a different shore town every week," Mele said.  "Checking out some local restaurants, talking some local sports."

Mele started out as an intern and her career has come full circle since - 10 years later after starting out as an intern she is back. A diehard Philly sports fan from Glenside, PA, Mele said she thinks now is a great time to be a philly sports fan.

"We can see the rebuild happen with the Sixers, the Phillies when there is a disaster people like to watch it."

The show will be live in Atlantic City next Friday from the Gilchrist at Gardner's Basin from 6am-8am and will originate from a different shore town from now until labor day.

Today on the Sports Bash we caught up with the BOB host to discuss coming down the shore, her love of Philly sports and her new hobby, golf!

"I stared golf in March and since day one I have loved it," Mele said.  "I was at an outing on Monday and hit a window at a house."
