Former Mainland high school boys basketball star Osun Osunniyi has made quite a name for himself at St. Bonaventure.

He has moved up the record books for career blocked shots,  has a twitter account that tracks all his blocks and on Friday night, block No. 251 in his career made the SportsCenter Top 10 plays, coming in at no. 9.

Osunniyi blocked Jayden Nunn's shot over the teams bench and about five rows deep into the crowd at the Reilly Center.

He is moving up the Bonnies shot block lost, passing former first-round pick Andrew Nicholson, with 248 blocks in his career.

He is 41 blocks away from the school record of 289 set 22 years ago by Caswell Cyrus.

The 2017 Mainland graduate averaged 14.4 points and 11.4 rebounds per game as a senior, leading the Mustangs to a 22-6 record and could be drafted in this year's NBA Draft.
