Milton Williams appears on Eagles injury report
The Philadelphia Eagles injury report before their Week 2 Monday Night Game home game against the Atlanta Falcons includes three players, two of which missed the teams Week 1 win in Brazil
Last week both Isaiah Rodgers and Devin White missed the opener with a hand and ankle injury respectively, both were back at practice and listed as full participants this week.
The one Eagles player who was listed as a limited participant was defensive lineman Milton Williams, who has a foot injury.
Williams played in 24 of the teams' snaps on Friday night in Brazil, making one tackle, but it was a big one, preventing a two-point conversion from happening, as seen in the play below.
Here is a look at the Philadelphia Eagles Thursday injury report:
White missed the opener with an ankle injury and Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio announced that Nakobe Dean would be the starting linebacker moving forward, not White.
"He's been a great teammate and done everything that has been required of him, and I have a lot of respect for him," Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni explained on Thursday. "We're going to need him. We're going to need him this year. It's a long football season. Obviously, Zack [Baun] and Nakobe are our linebackers, but Devin is going to have to contribute this year if we want to go where we want to go, and that goes for all the guys that are one snap away from going in."
As for the Falcons, right guard Kaleb McGary was listed as a limited participant
Reserve linebacker Nate Landman, and cornerback Antonio Hamilton Sr. did not participate on Thursday.
