Derek Jeter left Saturday's Game 1 of the ALCS in the top of the 12th inning after fracturing his left ankle while fielding a ground ball.

"His ankle fractured," manager Joe Girardi said after the game.

"It's a three month recovery," Girardi said. "It won't jeopardize his career."

Game two is tomorrow and can be heard on 1450 ESPN-AM.
