Philadelphia will travel to North Jersey to face the Giants at 4:25 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 7, at MetLife Stadium.

The Eagles need to win this game and have the Cowboys lose in Washington against the Commanders to capture the NFC East, after their New Year's Eve loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

Here is a look at the Eagles' playoff scenarios in the event that Dallas wins in Washington.

With a Dallas win, the Eagles would be the No. 5 seed in the NFC playoffs and face the NFC South champion, which is currently Tampa Bay. It would mean the Eagles road back to a Super Bowl would essentially have to be on the road.

"Obviously, you always want to play at home," admitted Eagles head coach NIck Sirianni after the loss on Sunday. "You always want to win the division. You always want to play at home. Path might be harder but shoot, our goals are ahead of us. We have to get things fixed and we have to get them fixed fast. We are not where we want to be right yet as far as how we are playing right now and how we are coaching right now but we've got time to get it fixed and we'll get back to work tonight and tomorrow."

If Philadelphia wins and Dallas loses in Week 18, they could be the No. 2 or 3 seed.

On Christmas Day, the Eagles knocked off the Giants, 33-25.
