Eagles quarterback Nick Foles is practicing Tuesday at the Nova Care Center.

"Nick will be out there today," Eagles offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur said.  "Nick and Matt [Barkley] will share the reps today.  So we'll just get a feel for where Nick's at.  He had a good day of meetings, and he'll come out and practice with us and we'll see where we're at."

Meanwhile, according to a tweet from ESPN's Ed Werder Michael Vick has been ruled out for week nine against the Raiders, although Shurmur didn't go that far today.

"I don't know that," Shurmur said.  "At this point he's been in meetings, but he's also been spending time with the trainers, so we'll just have to see."

Foles was wildly inaccurate in a 11-of-29, 80-yard performance in the week seven loss to Dallas.  In week eight, Vick suffered a setback with his hamstring in Sunday's loss and is week to week - leaving this weeks starting quaretback up-for-grabs.

"He's had a chance to look through the game," explained Shurmur.  "We've gone through the details of the good, the bad and the ugly, and he's ready to move forward."

However, with Foles back at practice today, it looks more and more like he will return to the starting role, he's certainly a much better option than overwhelmed rookie Matt Barkley.

"We're going to see where he's at," Shurmur said.  "We haven't seen him out here since he played in the Dallas game.  We've got to see where he's at.  He's medically cleared for us, but we'll see how he responds to the practice reps today."
