While the Eagles don't know their playoff opponent next weekend just yet, they do know their opponents for the 2020 season.

With the completion of Sunday’s late afternoon kickoffs, Philadelphia has all its 2020 opponents – home and away – confirmed.

NFL schedules are decided by a rotation of divisional matchups within and beyond conferences. The NFC East is paired with the NFC West and AFC North next season. Each team plays an opponent from the other two divisions in the conference with the same place in the given division standings. The Eagles will have a first place schedule in next season, meaning they will see the New Orleans Saints and Green Bay Packers.

The schedule with dates will be announced in April.

Eagles 2020 opponents:

Home: Cowboys, Giants, Redskins, Rams, Seahawks, Ravens, Bengals and Saints

Away: Cowboys, Giants, Redskins, 49ers, Cardinals, Steelers, Browns and Packers

On the surface it appears to be a tough slate of games for the Eagles, with the NFC West, featuring two playoff teams in Seattle and San Fran, plus the Rams who represented the NFC in the Super Bowl just a year ago and the Cardinals with Kyler Murray in year two.  It will also feature the AFC North with the No. 1 seeded Ravens, and a usually tough Pittsburgh team. Plus  Cleveland and Cincinnati should also be improved.

Add in the Saints and Packers, both playoff teams and the Eagles will see at least five playoff teams next season, plus their NFC East foes.
