The Phillies and Reds are going to try and get the game in tonight at Citizens Bank Park.  Rain has been falling for most of the day, but there seems to be a window to try to fit the game in tonight in Philadelphia.

Turnbull is pitching in the No. 5 spot in the rotation for Taijuan Walker, who is on the injured list with right shoulder stiffness.

The Phillies will face right-hander Graham Ashcraft, who was 7-9 last season with a 4.75 ERA

Turnbull will face this lineup for the Reds, which will feature Spencer Steer, who hit a grand slam in the 10th inning to help lift the Reds over the Phillies, 6-3 on Monday.

Phillies notes:

Prior to tonight’s game against the Cincinnati Reds, the Phillies selected the contract of right-handed pitcher Ricardo Pinto from triple-A Lehigh Valley. To make room for him on the 26-man roster, right-handed pitcher Connor Brogdon was designated for assignment. Pinto will wear No. 51.
