Platters Seafood & Soul Food Expanding to Tanger Outlets Atlantic City

One of our favorite things to do is head out and grab some seafood and soul food and there will be a new location coming to Atlantic City this spring.

The experience is always entertaining, fun, and delicious. A popular Atlantic City Seafood & Soul Food restaurant is adding another location. There’s something about Soul food that captivates you, so get ready to enjoy it in a new location.

According to a social media post from the restaurant, the popular Platters Seafood & Soul Food, which has a location at 18 S Pennsylvania Ave, is bringing a second location to a popular spot at the Tangor Outlets.

From Wingcraft to Platters: A New Chapter

Wingcraft abruptly announced it would be closing after an 11-year run back in October, but it's good to see something new moving into that spot.  I always liked Wingcraft; it was a really neat spot with a good menu and bar.

Platters teased the opening about two weeks ago, without revealing the location, saying it would seat up to 100 people.

Platters Seafood & Soul Food is excited to announce the upcoming opening of our newest location in Atlantic City. This expanded restaurant will offer seating for up to 100 guests, providing a larger, more comfortable dining experience while continuing to serve the high-quality seafood and soul food dishes our customers know and love.

The new Platters location in Atlantic City is aiming to open sometime in late March and is hiring for some key positions, including breakfast cooks, line cooks, servers, and bartenders.

While I have never tried their Atlantic City location, I have been to their Wing Addiction location in Egg Harbor Township at 6690 Black Horse Pike, Suite 4, which opened back in the summer.

I will be sure to check out this spot when shopping at the Outlets.
