Roy Rogers Reopens in Cherry Hill with Grand Opening Celebration
As we recently told you, Roy Rogers is returning to the area, with a brand new location opening at 614 Haddonfield Road, Cherry Hill at the former PDQ site.
The PDQ site had been sitting vacant since 2023, but today it has reopened as Roy Rogers.
Roy Rogers Makes Its Return to South Jersey
The fast food restaurant, which specializes in fried chicken, is a blast from the past, opening a new South Jersey location for the first time since the 1990s.
While I have heard of Roy Rogers, I'm not sure I have actually ever been to one, but have seen them mostly at rest-stop areas or in shopping malls.
There are currently two other Roy Rogers locations, with one in Brick and one in Pine Beach.
Here is the full list of Roy Rogers locations.
Grand Opening Highlights
Fans of the fast food spot lined up for Wednesday's Grand Opening festivities, with the first 50 receiving a free combo added to their Roy Rogers mobile app each week for a year.
Fixin’s Bar and Fan Favorites
This Roy Rogers is equipped with a Fixin's bar, which allows patrons to put whatever they like on their famous Double-R-Bar Burgers.
Our friends over at 42FREEWAY.COM first reported that the Grand Opening would be on Wednesday. They had a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:30, the restaurant opened its drive-thru and served its first customers at noon.
