Sixers-Nets Game 1 set for Saturday at Wells Fargo Center
The Philadelphia Sixers and Brooklyn Nets will play in the first round of the playoffs as the 3-6 matchup with Game 1 set for Saturday.
The time at Wells Fargo Center will be 1 p.m., and you can listen to the game on 97.3 ESPN.
Philadelphia clinched the No. 3 seed and will face the Nets, who finished with a record of 45-37. The Sixers defeated the Nets on Sunday, 134-105 and went 4-0 against the Nets this season. Brooklyn is a much different team than the team that started the season. They first traded Kevin Durant to the Suns and then moved Kyrie Irving to Dallas. Former Sixers No. 1 overall pick, Ben SImmons, has been shut down for the season.
In their place, the Nets have become a scrappy bunch, with Mikal Bridges and Cam Johnson coming over from Phoenix in the Durant deal. They also added Spencer Dinwiddie and Dorian Finney-Smith in the deal for Irving.
The Sixers are a pretty heavy favorite to win the series, as they are currently -900 to win the series on Draftkings.
