Eight & Sand Saying Goodbye After 10 Years
We told you that Brotherton Brewery in Atco will reopen on June 27th, but sadly, another spot, Eight & Sand Beer Co., announced it is closing after 10 years in business in Woodbury on Saturday, June 28th.
Freckled Jawn Brewing Moving In
However, the location will not stay vacant for long; a new spot, Freckled Jawn Brewing, will be moving into the location at 1003 N Evergreen Ave in Woodbury. The South Jersey brewery scene is filled with great spots, and we look forward to Freckled Jawn.
I was at Eight & Sand Beer Co a few months ago to try out their IPA No. 2, and enjoyed the beer and their spacious tap room, which had a long bar and plenty of seating.
Final Events and How to Grab Leftover Takeout
Eight & Sands was known for doing all sorts of events, and they will be hosting their final paint party with instructor and beer label artist Jim McHugh.
The event is on Thursday, June 18th, at 6 pm. They also stress take out is starting to get low, so if you want to stop out and grab something before they close, now is the time! Here is a look at their entertainment lineup and events leading up to the final day on June 28/
