The Flyers are right back on the ice on Saturday night, looking to snap a six-game losing streak against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

The Flyers return home trying to snap a three-game losing streak against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Thursday night.

The Flyers winning streak reached five games, as they defeated the Columbus Blue Jackets, 5-2, on Sunday night.

Owen Tippett scored two goals, including the game-winner in overtime, to give the Flyers a 4-3 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets on Tuesday night at Wells Fargo Center.

A pair of comeback attempts were not completed, as the Columbus Blue Jackets scored on a 3-on-1 in overtime to hand the Flyers a 5-4 loss on Tuesday night.

The Blue Jackets took the lead for good with 6:44 remaining in the third, as Elvis Merzlikins made 47 saves in dealing the Flyers a 4-2 loss on Tuesday night at Wells Fargo Center. 

A goal out of a netmouth scramble tied the game, then a distance shot that was misplayed by the goalie proved to be the deciding factor. The Flyers dropped yet another meeting against the Bruins, and while the process was better, and the execution was there, the result was once again the missing piece.

The Bruins scored twice in 27 seconds, including the eventual game-winner from Sean Kuraly, as they claimed yet another win from the Flyers by a score of 2-1 on Friday night at Wells Fargo Center.

The Flyers took a 2-0 lead to the third and gave it all back in a span of 2:06. Two Bruins goals tied the game early in the third, starting a frantic back-and-forth scoring barrage. Ultimately, the game was capped off with a shootout, and the Flyers couldn't find a way to score while the Bruins got the only goal necessary, winning the game, 5-4.

The Bruins got a goal with 1:46 left in the third to tie the game then won in overtime with a power-play goal to hand the Flyers a 4-3 defeat on Monday night.
