The Philadelphia 76ers have captivated the region after disposing of the Washington Wizards in five games in the First Round of the 2021 NBA playoffs.  Their second round opponent, the Atlanta Hawks, led by Trae Young offer a tougher matchup for the Sixers. Stunned in Game One, the Sixers head to Atlanta for Games Three and Four with the series tied at one game each.  The Sixers will have their work cut out for them as they try to regain home court advantage.

The key to this series has been turnovers!  In Game One the Sixers turned the ball over 19 times and the Hawks made them pay with the 76ers down as many as 24 points late in the first half, and were never able to fully overcome that deficit.  The combination of turnovers and the Hawks' can't miss shooting contributed to the Sixers dropping of Game One at the Wells Fargo Center.  In Game Two the Sixers came out determined to protect the ball and limit the Hawks to shooting 45.8% from the floor and Philadelphia's Offense only committed Nine Total Turnovers while forcing the Hawks to make 18 Total Turnovers  Protecting the ball is the recipe for success against the Atlanta Hawks in this Playoffs Series.

The Philadelphia Phillies have a different problem than the Sixers face: They’re not good!  They can’t hit!  They can’t field and their closer can’t close.  All that being said, the Phillies find themselves with a 30-31 overall record standing three and a half games behind the New York Mets for First Place in the National league East.  Major League Baseball has problems with the league batting averages are way down compared to past seasons.  In fact it's the lowest since 1968!  On top of that, the games are taking too long to play each night.  "America’s Pastime" will pass away if something isn’t done to make the games shorter and more entertaining.
