The Locker Room with Billy Schweim Getting Up Close Look at 76ers

On Wednesday Night, I attended the Sixers versus Heat game with 973 ESPN Producer Nick Earnshaw to get a first-hand look at the 76ers before the NBA All-Star Break.  We had a great time although the Sixers lost to the Heat because we didn’t know what to expect watching a team that just two weeks ago looked completely different.  With numerous injuries and four different transactions before the NBA Trade Deadline, the only Sixers starter recognized by many fans was All-Star Tyrese Maxey. We will give you our impressions on the state of the Sixers at the All-Star Break this weekend in The Locker Room with Billy Schweim!

The Phillies arrived in Clearwater, Florida this week for the start of 2024 Spring Training, so we will talk about the state of Phillies Baseball with the new season's Opening Day just a few weeks away.  Plus the Flyers won four straight games since the NHL All-Star Break before losing to the Toronto Maple Leafs in Overtime on Thursday Night.  Up next, the Orange and Black face the New Jersey Devils at Metlife Stadium on National Television on Saturday Night!  We will talk about it all this weekend in The Locker Room with Billy Schweim!

On Saturday’s show, Producer Nick Earnshaw will do double duty and co-host with me.  Nick and I will give you our impressions on watching the “New Look” Sixers on Wednesday Night as the team in on break for NBA All-Star Weekend.  In Hour Two, The Sports Book Consigliere Dave Sharapan checks in from Las Vegas.  We will ask "The Book" if Sin City lived up to Super Bowl Hosting expectations plus his thoughts on Pitchers and Catchers reporting for Spring Training.  The Flyers have been playing well after the NHL All-Star break and we will analyze their playoff chances.

On Sunday’s show, The Locker Room Youth Movement are back in the studio: Producer Danny Ryan and"The Intern” Andrew Leeds will join me to recap all the results from the Sixers week and the Flyers outdoor game against the Devils on Saturday Night.  The Phillies are in Clearwater and we will get our baseball conversation started.
