The Locker Room with Billy Schweim had a Great Day at Greate Bay

Last Saturday, The Locker Room with Billy Schweim had our golf outing at The Greate Bay Country Club and they rolled out the Red carpet.  We couldn’t be more appreciative, especially to “Radio Ron Ralston; I want to thank everyone who participated and it was truly a great day.  Yes Pete Thompson did beat me and is a better golfer than I am!! 

Speaking of a "beating", the Eagles BEAT the winless Detroit Lions in convincing fashion 44-6 last Sunday.  Not only did the Eagles win the game, they showed the ability to run the ball effectively.  The Eagles rushed the ball for 236 yards on that day; Let’s see if they can build off the momentum and duplicate the effort against the Chargers this Sunday at the Link.

The Flyers sit at 5-3-1 record in the early going but look better than their record indicates.  The Flyers host the Capitals Saturday night at the Wells Fargo Center in a showdown against one of their rivals in the Metropolitan Division.

The Sixers are 7-2 in the early going, without Ben Simmons and have won a few of those games shorthanded.  Maybe it’s the new Wilson basketball the League is playing with but with several Key players out due to injuries and Covid Protocols, the Sixers have the best record in the Atlantic Division.
