Three popular bands from the 90's are coming together, announcing a summer tour, which includes a couple of stops in New Jersey, including Atlantic City.

A Massive 90s Triple-Bill Returns to Ocean Casino

As the 2026 summer concert season heats up here at the Jersey Shore, one concert, headlined by three bands from the 1990's that is coming to Ocean Casino caught my attention.

Blues Traveler, Gin Blossoms, and Spin Doctors will be coming back to Ocean Casino's Ovation Hall on Saturday, August 1. The three bands played together at the same venue last year.

"We had such a blast last year we are bringing it back to all the places we missed," Blues Traveler posted on social media.

Revisit the Hits: What to Expect from the Setlist

Blues Traveler led by frontman John Popper, known for his harmonica, has plenty of familiar hits, including “But Anyway", Run-Around” and “Hook”. Gin Blossoms with “Hey Jealousy”, "Til I Hear It from You", "Follow You Down", "Allison Road", and “Found Out About You” and the Spin Doctors with “Two Princes” and “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong.”

The trio will play on August 6 in Asbury Park at the legendary Stone Pony.

You can get tickets here.

I am enjoying all these 1990's bands going back on tour.  I went to see Live, Collective Soul, Our Lady Peace, Bush, and Soul Asylum in 2025 at Ocean. Over the years, I have seen a bunch of bands that were big in the 90's like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Radiohead, Dave Matthews Band, Foo Fighters, Stone Temple Pilots and many more.

So hopefully more of those types of acts come and play Atlantic City.

And there you have it! Blues Traveler, Gin Blossoms, and Spin Doctors are returning to New Jersey this summer with two shows scheduled, one in Atlantic City and Asbury Park.
