A Look Back at the Trio Dining Experience
I have dined at Trio in North Wildwood, meeting Chef Gus and the rest of the team was a pleasure, and the food was outstanding.
I had a little bit of everything with the group of people I was with; we shared Bang Bang Calamari, Shanghai Street Wings, Monk Fish, Shrimp & Crab Cakes, and Filet Tournedos, and I had the Jerk Pork Chop as my main entree.
We also shared dessert at the table, sharing heavenly creme puffs and a divine Toll House cookie and brownie à la mode.
I was a big fan of having dinner here and look forward to seeing what is next for the property, which was formerly the Wes and Cole's Cookery and the Amish Market.
