Quarterback Carson Wentz is the first player in NFL history to pass for more than 4,000 yards without a single receiver tallying more than 500 yards. He set franchise records for passing yards in a single season as well as completions in a single season.

The celebration was short-lived in the locker room afterwards as the team quickly turns its attention to hosting a playoff game next weekend.
