Congrats to St. Augustine's junior guard, Sa’eed Nelson for taking home the first Athlete of the Week honors for 2015.

Meanwhile, this week, we have a new set of local student-athletes who shine on their respective courts. Each are now in the running to take home this week’s Athlete of the Week.

Jahnire Coleman, Basketball, Wildwood - The senior scored a career-high 32 points and blocked eight shots in a win over Salem.

 

Camryn Greenleaf, Swimming, EHT - The sophomore swimmer won the 100 freestyle and was on the winning relay team at the prestigious Hackney Meet.

 

CheQuan Hargrose, Basketball, Pleasantville - The senior scored 13 points in upset win over Mainland, he's also leading the greyhounds in both scoring and rebounds.

 

Dana DiRenzo, Basketball, St. Joe - Committed to St. Francis College, the senior grabbed her 1,044th career rebound earlier this week to go along with her 1,199 career points.

 

Jim Brady, Wrestling, St. Augustine - One of the top wrestlers in the area, he's been an anchor at 220 pounds for the highly-rated Hermits.

 

Amanda Smith, Basketball, Millville - The senior scored her 1000th career point by dropping 12 in a win over rival Vineland.
