In the Eagles Overtime loss to the Cowboys, there were many factors that led to the fateful moment where the Cowboys were able to win.  From Dropped Passes to Penalties to Second Guessing Play calling, numerous issues added up to the disheartening loss in Dallas on Sunday night.  But one of the major factors was the questionable play calls by Eagles Rookie Head Coach Doug Pederson in his first matchup with NFC East Rival Dallas Cowboys.

CSN Philly Eagles Post-Game Analyst and Co-host of Breakfast on Broad Barrett Brooks joined The Sports Bash on Monday and placed blame for the loss on the shoulders of Head Coach Doug Pederson:

“For the first time I really saw a rookie Head Coach out there as opposed to a coach that was pretty confident in how he called the games, understood the personnel he had out on the field and you can’t be cute with the trick plays at that point in the game. You do not play for the lead either, you go out there and execute the offense and running the offense that got you up 10 and I think they will be fine. Just not being that Gunslinger that he has been....Just didn’t see the same mentality that I've seen Doug have and display as far as being aggressive on fourth down.”
