Weaver Wednesday

Today brought us another exciting edition of Leonard Weaver Wednesdays. The former Eagles FB calls in every Wednesday at 2:30 to break down the Eagles. Today Weaver said that when he was a member of the team and Brian Westbrook went down injured, he went to Andy Reid and asked to have a bigger role on the team. Is that something LeSean McCoy should do? Follow Leonard Weaver on Twitter.

Sheil Kapadia

Called in for his weekly spot on Wednesdays to dissect the Eagles personnel and coaching changes. He also said the Eagles special teams struggles are going unnoticed and they need to get them fixed if they want to win these close games. He also wonders what happened to the deep ball that Mike Vick used to try and throw last season? Read more of Kapadia here.

Fine 5/Ugly 5

Mike and Todd give their 5 finest and 5 ugliest teams through Week 7 of the NFL season.

Bynum Battle

The Sixers announced today that center Andrew Bynum will be shut down indefinitely after trying to practice today and experiencing knee discomfort. Mike Gill and Todd Ranck strongly disagree with each other in how effective Bynum will be this season.

Tom Moore on Bynum

Tom Moore was at Sixers practice today and gave us a recap on what Bynum, Tony DiLeo and Doug Collins had to say on the matter. Bynum has been shut down due to discomfort in his right knee and the Sixers do not know when he'll return. The Sixers open up the regular season a week from tonight against the Denver Nuggets.
