Sixers-Knicks 1st round playoff series starts Saturday

After knicking off the Miami Heat on Wednesday night, the Sixers will now head to New York to face the No. 2 seeded Knicks in the first round of the NBA playoffs for a series starting Saturday in at Madison Square Garden.

Tipoff for Game 1 of the tilt between the second-seeded Knicks and seventh-seeded Sixers is slated for 6 p.m. and can be heard on 97.3 ESPN. 

All games will be heard on 97.3 ESPN, except Game 3, which will be on Rock 104.1.

To nail down the seventh seed, the Sixers got a huge game from Nico Batum on Wednesday, getting 20 points, 17 in the second half, and hitting six threes.
