South Jersey High School Softball All-Stars play in Carpenter Cup

The schedule and teams are set for the 2023 Softball Phillies Carpenter Cup Classic starting next week with High School All-Star Teams competing from the Tri-State region. There are 16 teams competing in this tournament that begins with two days of Pool Play on Monday, June 19th and Tuesday June 20th with the top two teams from each bracket to play in the next round of play on Day 3 scheduled for Wednesday, June 21st.

This is the 18th edition of this Softball Competition with rosters are comprised of High School Students who finished their Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior Academic years, meaning no graduating Seniors or incoming Freshmen are on these rosters. The High School Softball All-Stars comprise the Tri-Cape Team features Softball players who attend High Schools located in Atlantic, Cumberland, Cape May, Salem, Glouster, and Camden Counties.

The Tri-Cape team of High School Softball All-Stars are looking to win the Softball Phillies Carpenter Cup for the first time since 2014 while The Baseball Philies Carpenter Cup was won by the Tri-Cape Teams in 2022 and 2021.
