The 2020 MAAC Men’s Basketball Tournament field is set to debut for Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall.  The 11-team tournament will take place from March 10th through 14th with the top-five teams in the bracket all earning a bye in the first round.

On Saturday, Siena College (19-10, 15-5 MAAC) secured the top seed in the 2020 MAAC Men's Basketball Tournament along with clinching the regular season title on the back of nine straight wins to close out conference play.

First round action tips off on Tuesday, March 10th with a slate of three games at Boardwalk Hall. No. 8 seed Fairfield University (12-19, 8-12) will start the tournament facing No. 9 seed Manhattan College (12-17, 8-12)  at 5:00 p.m.  Fairfield's Men are 2-0 against the Manahatan this season, including a 66-50 win on the road to close out the regular season. The winner of that game will face No. 1 seed Siena on Wednesday, March 11th at 7:00 p.m.

No. 7 seed Iona College (11-16, 9-11) will play No. 10 seed Canisius College (12-19, 7-13) in Game Two on Tuesday Night at 7:00 p.m. The Iona Men's team swept the regular season series against Canisius.  No. 2 seed Saint Peter’s University (17-12, 14-6) will take on the winner of that matchup in the quarterfinals on Wednesday Night at 9:30 p.m.

No. 6 seed Niagara University (11-20, 9-11) and No. 11 seed Marist College (7-22, 6-14) close out the first round with a 9:00 p.m. showdown. Niagra's Men look to avenge a pair of regular season losses to Marist. No. 3 seed Rider University (18-12, 12-8) is slated to play the winner of Niagra/Marist on Thurday Night, March 12th at 7:00 p.m.

Closing out the quarterfinals is No. 4 seed Monmouth University versus No. 5 seed Quinnipiac University in a Thursday night clash at 9:30 p.m.  The two split their regular season meetings, each winning at home.
