Former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb has been released from jail.

He's not out of the woods yet, however.

According to TMZ, McNabb has been released from his prison sentence, but is now required to serve the next 72 days under house arrest.

TMZ had previously reported that McNabb began his 18-day jail sentence just after Thanksgiving for his 2nd DUI conviction, he was arrested in June 2015 for a DUI charge,

McNabb will also have to complete 30 hours of community service as part of the plea deal he made after the arrest.

McNabb was arrested back in June for a DUI charge where reports -- and police had the retired QB with a blood alcohol level of more than twice the legal limit.
