The bye week between NFL Championship Sunday and Super Bowl Sunday is a long wait for Football fans but the extra time was very important for the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Eagles came out of their NFC Championship Game win with several injury concerns. Most notable was Offensive Lineman Landon Dickerson's Knee Issue and Cam Jurgens' Back Injury. The Eagles have the largest Offensive Line in the NFL and the success of their offense is a direct result of the five men upfront.

Also, Running Back Kenneth Gainwell sustained a Concussion during the NFC Championship Game. Typically takes five to ten days for players to progress through NFL Concussion Protocol.

The other big storyline on the Eagles' Injury List has been Brandon Graham. After tearing his Triceps on Sunday Night Football in November, BG has worked hard to get through rehab to have the opportunity to return to play in Super Bowl 59.

The good news this week has been that Dickerson, Jurgens, and Gainwell were all Full Participants at Practice down in New Orleans this week. Brandon Graham has been a Limited Participant at Eagles' Practice but has said all week he is planning to play this Sunday in Super Bowl 59.

Super Bowl 59 Injury Report Delivers Good News For Eagles Fans

There are three Eagles players listed as Questionable for Super Sunday but that list does not include Dickerson or Jurgens. Both starting Offensive linemen are cleared by the team doctors to play in Super Bowl 59.

As first reported by NFL Insider with Inside The Birds Podcast, Adam Caplan told The Sports Bash with Mike Gill on 973 ESPN that Kenny Gainwell was going to clear NFL Concussion Protocol. Gainwell is the Eagles' Third Down Running Back and an important pass blocker against a Chiefs Defense that blitzes at a high rate.

After being a Full Participant in Friday's Practice, Brandon Graham is listed as Questionable for Super Sunday. Graham is attempting to follow in the footsteps of Pro Football Hall of Famer Ray Lewis who tore his triceps in the 2012 NFL season but played a key role for the Baltimore Ravens in Super Bowl 47.

The other two Eagles listed as Questionable are backup Offensive Lineman Nick Gates (Groin Injury) and Blocking Tight End CJ Uzomah (Abdomen Injury). Despite practicing all week, Wide Receiver and Punt Returner Britain Covey will be inactive for Super Bowl 59 because he still has not been medically cleared from his Neck Injury.

The Kansas City Chiefs only list one player with an injury designation for Super Bowl 59.  Wide Receiver Skyy Moore has been a Limited Participant at Chiefs Practice all week and has been attempting to return from Injured Reserve. Moore is listed as Doubtful with an Abdominal Injury.
