On Friday, the Eagles released their Injury Report which lists four players as OUT for this Sunday Night's game versus the 49ers along with one player listed as Questionable and another as Doubtful

On Thursday, the only Wide Receiver currently on the Eagles 53-man roster who practiced was Greg Ward, so with with Desean Jackson and Alshon Jeffery both ruled OUT for Week Four along with JJ Arcega-White listed as Doubtful, the expectation is for the team to promote some players from the Practice Squad like Deontay Burnett and Travis Fulgham.

The bigger unknown is what the Eagles do with their Cornerback situation with Avonte Maddox and his backup Trevor Williams both listed as OUT for the matchup with the 49ers.  The Eagles already are missing Craig James so they are down three Outside Cornerbacks.  Currently the only Cornerbacks available are Darius Slay, Nickell Robey-Coleman, and Cre'Von LeBlanc; Only other player on the roster with experience playing Cornerback in the NFL is Jalen Mills.  Whoever starts in the Secondary for the Eagles will have to face a 49ers Offense that will be without their Franchise Quarterback and Primary Running Back

Another concern with the latest Injury Report is Jason Peters listed as Questionable with a Foot Issue.  Jack Driscoll was a Full Participant back at Eagles Practice today and we saw Jordan Mailata come into the game versus the Bengals when Jason Peters was helped off the field.

The good news on the Injury Report is that Miles Sanders returned to a Full Participant at practice after being limited this week with a Glute Issue.  Sanders told the media on Friday is ready to go for Sunday Night Football.
