The Philadelphia Eagles are not sitting on their hands this NFL Offseason as they are now signing another Safety in Free Agency.  After adding former Buccaneers Defensive Andrew Adams, the Eagles have come to an agreement with a higher profile DB on Friday Night:

Anthony Harris started 47 games over the last six years with the Minnesota Vikings after signing as an Undrafted Free Agent.  Harris led the NFL with Six Interceptions in 2019 and has a total of Nine over the last three seasons.  Pro Football Focus has Anthony Harris rated as one of the best safeties in the NFL since 2018:

The Eagles new Defensive Coordinator Jonathan Gannon was the Assistant Defensive Backs Coach with the Minnesota Vikings from 2014-2017 so he worked with Harris for three seasons.  You have to think that the familiarity between Harris and Gannon was a factor in the 29 Year Old Safety to come to Philadelphia.

Along with his prowess as a Pass Defender, Harris compiled 127 Solo Tackles over the last three seasons in Minnesota.  Also, Harris is a workhorse who played 100 Percent of the Defensive snaps for the Vikings Defense last season (1,074) and he contributed on Special Teams playing at least 20 Percent of the ST Snaps over the last three seasons.

Harris played four seasons at the University of Virginia where he played multiple Defensive Back positions for the Cavaliers' defenses.  Harris led all of FBS College Football with Eight Interceptions during the 2013 season.
