On Thursday, the Philadelphia Eagles posted their latest Injury Report featuring eight players listed as Did Not Participate on the final day of the 2020 calendar year while one player was on the Reserve/COVID-19 list:

A couple of the names are not surprising since Derek Barnett did not play in the Eagles loss to the Cowboys in NFL Week 16 while Fletcher Cox and Desean Jackson both did not play most of the afternoon in Dallas after sustaining injuries during the game.

Two names to keep an eye on ahead of Sunday Night on the offensive side of the ball are Jordan Mailata and Dallas Goedert; if both players are unavailable to play versus Washington, then Rookie Quarterback Jalen Hurts will be without one of his best receiving targets along with playing behind the Eagles 14th different Offensive Line combination this season.

The Eagles have an open spot on their 53-man roster ahead of Sunday Night's game after they placed Safety/Cornerback Jalen Mills on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, which means he will be unavailable to play versus Washington and his fifth season in the NFL is done:

Jalen Mills played the most snaps on the Eagles defense this season and was on the field 98% of the snaps in the team's first 15 games.  Mills, who started the season at Safety but was forced to also play Cornerback due to injuries this season, had a productive year as he was second on the team in Solo Tackles (59) and had a career high 1.5 sacks this season.
