The Flyers will hold an open practice at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City that will be free and open to the public on Nov. 9 according to the Press of Atlantic City.

“We are very excited about having an open practice at Boardwalk Hall for the first time,” said Flyers General Manager Ron Hextall in a news release. “We know we have a lot of fans in this area and we are looking forward to seeing them November 9.”

While the tickets are free, they will be limited, the event is sponsored by Tropicana Casino and Resort Atlantic City.

The Albany Devils, the New Jersey Devils’ American Hockey League affiliate, will host the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, the Flyers top affiliate, in a pair of regular season games at the hall on Nov. 8 and Dec. 14.

The Flyers last used the Hall for a preseason game back in 1982 and the Sixers played the Nets two seasons again in a preseason game.
