We're closing in on the Super Bowl, which is about one month removed from the regular season, and the Philadelphia Eagles remain without an offensive coordinator.

Are they being too picky in their search for an "ideas guy," or is there something deeper going on behind the scenes that's made the job less attractive?

In the latest Inside the Birds, Eagles Insiders Adam Caplan and Geoff Mosher discussed the hold-up in the hiring process for an offensive coordinator along with wide receivers coach.

They also talked about Kobe Bryant's impact on the Eagles' Super Bowl run in 2017 and some of the changes on the defensive staff that prioritized experience.

In the #AskITB segment, Mosher and Caplan explain Miles Sanders' role going forward, the fate of Josh McCown, Carson Wentz's ceiling and the impact of coaches on the draft process.
