One of the most worrisome issues coming out of the Eagles win Sunday over the Ravens was the injury to center Jason Kelce.

Well, as it turns out, it was as bad as we thought. The Eagles announced today that Kelce has been placed on the injured reserved list and will miss the rest of the season.

The starter who didn't miss a single game last year suffered a torn MCL and a partially torn ACL during the Birds late-game win over the Baltimore Ravens.

The Eagles made the move after Kelce underwent an arthroscopic procedure that revealed the extent of the damage.

Eagles trainer Rick Burkholder said that Kelce's partially torn ACL will require reconstructive surgery, which should take place within the next month.
