Zac Gallen is the starting pitcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks, but likely grew up rooting for the Phillies!

28-year-old Gallen is a South Jersey native. He grew up in Somerdale, New Jersey and is a graduate of Bishop Eustace High School in Pennsauken.

After attending college University of North Carolina, he became a 3rd round draft pick in 2016 by St. Louis Cardinals, made his major league baseball debut in 2019 with the Miami Marlins, and now pitches for Arizona Diamondbacks.

I'm normally happy to root for a South Jersey guy, but not in this instance, lol. Sorry, Zac, but GO PHILLIES!
