12 Free Concerts Still Happening at the Jersey Shore in September
Just because the calendar has flipped to September doesn't mean the free concerts at the Jersey Shore are over.
In fact, there are still a dozen free concerts scheduled at the Shore this month, from Atlantic City to Cape May, Somers Point to Wildwood Crest, and beyond.
So don't put away the beach chair just yet!
12 Free Jersey Shore Concerts in September
Egg Harbor Township
Egg Harbor Township has a rescheduled free concert coming up Labor Day Weekend at the Robert J. Lincoln Amphitheater at Tony Canale Park.
- September 5 — Rhythm in the Park / The Shore Thing, 7 PM
Atlantic City
The free concert season on the Atlantic City Boardwalk isn't quite finished. Tony Mart Presents has one more show scheduled at Kennedy Plaza.
- September 2 — "Love TKO": The Official Teddy Pendergrass Tribute, 7 PM
The Chicken Bone Beach Historical Foundation continues its Jazz on the Beach Concert Series.
- September 3 — Bob Baldwin and Cason Jazz Express
Ventnor City
Ventnor has one more free concert scheduled for September at Ski Beach in Ventnor Heights.
- September 5 — The Usual Suspects, Ski Beach at Dorset & Burk Avenues
Somers Point
The award-winning Somers Point Beach Concert Series keeps going after Labor Day with two more free shows at William Morrow Beach.
- September 4 — The E Street Shuffle (Bruce Springsteen tribute), 7 PM
- September 11 — Patty Balbo, 7 PM
The Somers Point Beach Concert Series was voted the best outdoor concert series in America by USA TODAY readers in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Sea Isle City
Calling all Swifties! How about a Taylor Swift tribute concert Labor Day Weekend!
- September 5 — Concert Under the Stars: Fearless, 7:30 PM
Wildwood Crest
If you're heading farther south, Wildwood Crest still has two free concerts coming up at Centennial Park.
- September 5 — Megan Knight Band
- September 26 — Roundhouse Band
Cape May
Cape May's free concert schedule stretches into the first weekend of September, with three more shows at Rotary Park.
- September 4 — Tyler and Brittany Acoustic Duo
- September 5 — The John Byrne Band
- September 6 — The Wind Symphony
Summer Isn't Quite Over!
Labor Day may mark the unofficial end of summer, but there's still plenty of free live music happening down the Shore, especially as "local summer" kicks off.
The weather will still be perfect, so you have plenty of chances to squeeze in a few more nights of live music before you start looking for your snow shovel.
Enjoy a little more summer while you still can!
