Progress Update Will Take Place

Small and developer Keith Groff will be providing the media with an update on Wednesday, June 15, 2026.

It will be an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the progress of Lighthouse Row, which is located Atlantic City’s Inlet section.

WHEN:

Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.

WHERE:

The media will gather at the park at Vermont and Pacific Avenues in front of the Phase II construction.

What:

The media will be afforded the opportunity to tour the active construction site of Phase II of the project. Following that, they will be able to tour fully furnished, completed homes from Phase I.

The public will then get an update from the media following their firsthand look at the project's progress and overall vision.

This Memorandum of Understanding May Have Jumped-Started The Current Wave of Development

On March 23, 2023, Mayor Small, Randolph and DEEM Enterprises signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop Bader Field.

It served notice that Atlantic City is open for business.

A resolution authorizing the execution of the MOU was achieved, as DEEM Enterprises submitted a $ 2.7 billion proposal for the Bader Field site, which will include housing, retail and a motor course for residential use.
