The high school football season returns this Friday night as a pair of unbeaten teams face-off at Buena when the Chiefs host the Cedar Creek Pirates. 

Buena held off Bridgeton in the opener 28-25, while Cedar Creek played weeks ago and was a 28-7 winner over Cedar Grove.  This is a big matchup in the Cape-Atlantic League National Conference, and for Group II playoff positioning - both schools have their sights set on a South Jersey Group II title.

Buena knocked off the Pirates 16-6 last year in route to their 10-1 season, Cedar Creek finished 7-3 and looks to avenge that loss.
